Grounded in recognised frameworks

Advice your architecture board can sign off on.

Every IT engagement is grounded in the frameworks your governance and procurement teams already trust.

Informed by: TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, state government ICT frameworks, Australian Government Architecture Reference Models

Implementation

The estates we work across, end to end.

Strategy, migration, integration and optimisation, built around what fits your environment.

Microsoft Azure

Migration and modernisation across the Microsoft estate.

AWS

Architecture, migration and cost optimisation.

Google Cloud

Data and workload modernisation.

Microsoft 365

The workplace estate, governed and secured.

Hybrid & on-premises

The systems that are not going anywhere yet.

Not on this list? We work across the whole technology stack, whatever you run.

Engagement snapshot: the growth ceiling, removed. An accounting firm with no clear IT plan and manual document processing was capped at ten staff. The IT Assess delivered 18 prioritised initiatives, phased Now, Next and Later, and the firm moved from ad hoc tools to an integrated, scalable platform with offshore teams enabled.

Outcomes

What done looks like.

Outcomes you can point to in a budget cycle, not a strategy deck on a shelf.

  • A roadmap your board funds. Initiatives costed, sequenced and tied to business outcomes.
  • Architecture that survives contact. Target state designs your teams can actually build to.
  • Vendors on your terms. Selections and contracts that pull their weight, with an exit path.
  • Cloud with a business case. Migration where it pays, optimisation where it does not.
  • Governance without gridlock. Decision rights that speed delivery up instead of slowing it down.
  • Delivery that sticks. Programs set up, gated and carried through to done. We stay past the deck.
Assess

Understand the estate, risks, costs and priorities.

Build

Design and deliver the roadmap, architecture or modernisation.

Scale

Embed governance, optimise the estate and keep delivery moving.

Common questions

Questions we hear about IT modernisation.

Do you provide strategy only, or stay through delivery?

We can do either, but our strongest engagements connect the two. We develop strategies and roadmaps that can be funded and delivered, then provide the architecture, program leadership, implementation support and governance needed to turn them into outcomes. The people shaping the direction remain involved as the work moves forward.

Can you modernise our environment without replacing everything?

Yes. Modernisation should not mean discarding technology that still works. We assess the current environment, identify the constraints creating risk or slowing the organisation down, and sequence improvements around them. That may involve integration, consolidation, targeted replacement or improving how existing platforms are governed and used.

How do you turn an ICT roadmap into funded, deliverable work?

We connect each initiative to a business outcome, risk or operational need. Initiatives are prioritised according to value, dependencies, cost and delivery complexity, then organised into practical stages with clear ownership and measures of success. The result is a roadmap executives can make decisions against and delivery teams can act on.
