Our approach
We collect the minimum personal information needed to respond to you and run our business, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Contact form: your name, work email, organisation, your message, an optional phone number, and the practice area you were enquiring about if you arrived from one of our practice pages.
Booking a conversation: if you book a time through the scheduler on our contact page, the booking is handled by HubSpot Meetings, which collects your name, email and chosen time.
Website analytics: our production website uses Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, which involves standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
We do not collect ages, postal addresses or marketing preference profiles through this website, and we do not buy contact lists.
How we use it
We use contact-form information only to respond to your enquiry, unless you separately choose to receive marketing communications. Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option. Enquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are relevant, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Who processes it
Like most modern websites, we rely on a small number of service providers to operate: our website host serves the site, contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend), bookings are processed by HubSpot, and analytics are processed by Google. Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy safeguards.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to other organisations unless you have consented, you would reasonably expect it as part of responding to you, or we are required to by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@movefwd.agency. If you have a privacy concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
