Identity & Access Management
The identity & access management experts.
Your implementation partner for enterprise identity. We assess, design and deliver identity platforms at enterprise scale. Proven across enterprise, higher education and government.
What we do in IAM
Identity, from first roadmap to run state.
We have seen it first-hand: modern identity programs stall, reset or fail between the independent review and day-to-day operations. We have worked through the most complex use cases, across all three stages, with the same senior team.

Meet the team →Implementation
The platforms we implement, end to end.
Selection, implementation, migration and managed uplift, across the whole identity stack.
Okta
Workforce and customer identity, implemented and migrated.
Microsoft Entra ID
Identity for the Microsoft estate, hybrid and cloud.
SailPoint
Identity governance and lifecycle at enterprise scale.
CyberArk
Privileged access, vaulted and just-in-time.
Ping Identity
Federation and access for complex estates.
Not on this list? We work across the whole identity stack. Vendor-agnostic means exactly that.
Partnership
An Okta partner.
Move FWD is an Okta partner. Our senior consultants design, implement and migrate Okta for workforce and customer identity, backed by the platform's partner programs and enablement. Our advice stays independent: if a different platform fits your environment better, that is what we will recommend.
Outcomes
What done looks like.
Outcomes you can point to in an audit, not a slide deck.
- Day-one access. Provisioning tied to your HR lifecycle. Joiners are productive on day one, and leavers lose access the moment they leave.
- Risk reduced with Zero Trust controls. Applications and services secured by policy, with MFA and conditional access that hold across the whole estate.
- An experience people do not fight. Streamlined onboarding, birthright access, passwordless sign-in and self service.
- Costs that come down. Manual identity work automated, and licensing right-sized to what you actually use.
- No shared admin credentials. Privileged access vaulted, just-in-time, and recorded.

Common questions
Questions we hear about identity work.
Do you only assess IAM, or can you deliver the implementation?
We do both. An engagement can begin with an identity health check, strategy or roadmap, but we do not stop at recommendations. We can move through architecture, design, implementation, migration, governance and transition into operations. Where the direction is already clear, we can start directly with delivery.
Can Move FWD work with our existing identity platforms and delivery team?
Yes. We work with the platforms, partners and internal capabilities already in place. We can strengthen an existing team, provide specialist roles or supply the core team responsible for delivery. We focus on the right operating model and outcome, not replacing technology simply for the sake of it.
What does an IAM engagement typically include?
It depends on the environment, but can include identity strategy, architecture, governance, access models, joiner-mover-leaver automation, authentication, identity governance, privileged access, application integration, migration and operational transition. We shape the engagement around the risks and outcomes that matter most to your organisation.
How do you approach IAM in complex government or enterprise environments?
We break large identity programs into controlled, measurable stages. That means understanding the environment and dependencies first, establishing clear governance and then delivering useful capability progressively. This reduces the risk of a lengthy program consuming budget before stakeholders see meaningful results.
